We realised that there was a gap in the market for a website that concentrates solely on holiday home exchanges. Swapandstay.com has been devised specifically with holiday home owners in mind.

We are not a rental site or property sales agency that has diversified into holiday home swaps. We intend to focus our efforts on holiday home swapping, not residential home exchange, not time-share exchange, not property sales and not holiday rentals. We have no intention of diversifying into any of these areas.

Many companies offer home exchange, house exchange, home swap and house swap services. Whatever you call it, it all amounts to the same thing - exchanging residential homes. This policy will ensure that Swapandstay.com can give all their members more choice and better swapping options. Our site will be easier to use, as we don't have the distractions of rental and sales properties. There's no need to worry about the properties location, as all properties will be in locations suited to holidays. Also, there's no worries about the suitability of the property, as it is currently used as a second home, rather than a primary residence.
