Registering your holiday home on the Swapandstay.com website is quick and easy.

Searching for your ideal swap

Use the Search Properties facility to find your ideal swap.
Search by preferred geographic location and / or required dates.

View other member's listings. All listings include three recent photographs, and a detailed property description. Members can state their preferred swap destinations or opt just to welcome global offers. Members can also add a link to their own web page, if they have one, which will provide even more detail on the property.

Every time you find a property that interests you, add it to your Swapping Basket

With one click of the mouse your interest will be forwarded to all the owners in your Swapping basket and you can sit back and wait for a reply. Your holiday home property listing number will automatically appear in your email enquiry allowing the members concerned to view your property with a view to swapping.

Looking for a late holiday?

Search Last Minute Swaps. If you are looking to go away in the next 10 weeks you can check out the Last Minute Swaps page. If you have a last minute cancellation and your holiday home is standing empty you can add your property to the Last Minute Swaps section.

Searching for a specific location or date?

Coming soon! In the next few weeks we will be adding a Swapsearcher facility to our site. You will be able to enter your ideal location or dates and we will search our database and inform you by email if any of our members' listings match your requirements.

Receiving enquiries from potential swapping partners

When you receive a response from an interested party it will contain a reference to the members' property listing. Check it out and if you like what you see get in touch and get swapping!
