Swapandstay.com is a password protected members-only website. Our members have listed their holiday homes for the purpose of swapping holiday homes with other members.

Upon joining, members choose a password allowing them to view the property listings and make contact with other members using the Swapping Basket facility. This ensures that your email address and contact details remain private until you make contact with another member. However, if you have a link from your property listing to your own personal web page these details will be available to other members.

Swapping Basket enquiries are sent to the email address that you provided in your membership application. Therefore it is important that you keep your personal details up to date in the property management area.

Swapandstay.com will not disclose your personal identifying information (i.e. home address, telephone and fax numbers or email addresses) to other members or third parties.

It is at the sole discretion of the member when and to whom to provide personal information.

Swapandstay.com requires members to provide us with login identification and a password, which will be used to verify their identity and enable them to gain access to the member's only areas of Swapandstay.com.

Our Website contains links to other websites that you may find useful. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites.
